Joint team project — Calvin's contribution: research + pitch
Foreign construction workers report site hazards in their own language; the supervisor reads it in Korean. Most safety tools translate manager → worker at the morning briefing — this project points the other way: worker → supervisor, as a structured, timestamped record.
Calvin's contribution: the foreign-worker workforce and fatality figures and their sourcing, the Korean phone-use legislation and the compliance argument, a competitor scan of 10+ products, and the market/buyer analysis behind the B2B model.
Naming note: an existing iOS app, “안전톡 관리자,” already advertises safety-inspection records — a real naming conflict the source project flags for itself.
